A variety of materials and techniques create these fabric constructions which speak about the character of geologic features on the Colorado Plateau, the canyon country of the four corners states.  The works emphasize strata graphic imagery by focusing on faulting, fracturing, layering, and banding.  Commercially produced and hand-woven fabrics are combined with painting and drawing to create the compositions.  These works can be framed and covered with glass or Plexiglas for protection from damage in high traffic areas or other vulnerable sites.
